FOOD - PROCESSING CONFECTIONER In our own confectionery workshop our confectioners produce confectionery semi products, corpuses, delicious cakes, many types of desserts. They are all hand-made. They bake, fill, cut, decorate and finally sell their products. We use only healthy and traditional materials and traditional working processes. Our products are very delicious. We are nation with a "sweet tooth" so we have got regular network of institutions, shops and people - consumers of our products. The preparation of our students takes for 3 years, then students have to pass theoretical and practical exams and they can obtain certificates of apprenticeship. You can see some of our confectionery products! BAKER The place where vocational training carries on is our own bakery workshop. Our young bakers produce common and delicate baker's goods either pastry, puff paste, some cakes with sweet fillings, strudels or salt goods. The preparation of our students takes for 3 years, then students have to pass theoretical and practical exams and they can obtain certificates of apprenticeship. You can see some of our bakery products! BUTCHER Education takes for 3 years. Students have to pass theoretical and practical exams and they can obtain certificates of apprenticeship. Students concentrate themselves on shopping, sorting out, processing, storage and distribution of abattoir cattle, pigs, poultry, fish and venison. School-leavers are able to apply acquired knowledge and skills. MARKETER The education takes for 4 years. Students end their secondary education after passing their graduation exams, they receive "school leaving certificates" and can apply for study at university or for job. Graduates are qualified workers with wide professional background and general knowledge, they are able to carry out positions connected with management, marketing and practical organizing. They command the fundamentals of trade, accounting and using of PC. FURTHER EDUCATION in FOOD PROCESSING The education takes for 2 years and it ends by passing a graduation exam. This superstructural study is appropriate for school-leavers of apprentice branches with approach to food processing. Students overspread knowledge and they acquire new experiences in management and organization of working proceedings.
AGRICULTURE FARMER The education takes for 4 years. After passing graduation exams students receive school leaving certificates and can apply for study at university. Graduates are fully qualified managers and workers in agricultural basic production and animal, crop and mechanized production, too. They master basic principles of going into business, they can operate computer systems and command the fundamentals of accounting. Beekeeping is a part of the education. Gardener The education takes for 3 years. Students can obtain certificates of apprenticeship. They learn to grow and breed flowers, decorative woods, foliage plants, vegetables, fruit trees and medicinal herbs. Students master possibilities of ecological improvements of environment. FURTHER EDUCATION in AGRICULTURE The education takes for 2 years, after passing graduation exams students receive school leaving certificates. This superstructural study is appropriate for school-leavers of apprentice branches with approach to agriculture. Students overspread knowledge and they acquire new experiences in management and organization of agricultural basic production, processing and selling agricultural products. |
